  Q:   Where can I get information on the requirements and process of obtaining
        immigrant visa or becoming a U.S. citizen?


  A:   Check the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services agency web site.

  Q:   I can't afford a private attorney. Where can I go for legal advice on
        immigration matters?


  A:   There are several non-profit agencies and attorneys willing to provide
        legal services at low cost or on a pro-bono basis (free), to qualified,
        low-income applications.
