Immigration Legal Services

We offer low-cost assistance with the filing of applications for citizenship; Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA); adjustment of status through an immediate relative petition; renewals of green cards and work permits; Temporary Protected Status (TPS); self-petitions for victims of domestic violence under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) provisions; and U and T Visas for victims of crime. We are not able to assist with employment-based visas, and cannot represent persons in detention or deportation proceedings.

We provide services to low and moderate income applicants only, up to 250% of the federal poverty guidelines. Please bring documentation of your income, such as your most recent tax return or two most recent pay check stubs.

Drop-in consultations are offered on Fridays from 1-7 PM. Call for appointment at other times. The initial consultation with our Department of Justice Accredited Representative is $35, which is waived for those unable to pay..
