Per US Citizenship and Immigration Services, on February 20th, 2025, USCIS partially vacated the July 1, 2024 notice that extended and redesignated Haiti for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). This announcement has amended the period of Temporary Protected Status from 18 months to 12 months, with a new end date of August 3rd, 2025.
