Happy Hispanic Heritage Month!

This month and every month, LALDEF is proud to celebrate the tremendous contributions of our Latino community. At a time when immigrants and their supporters are feeling vulnerable and frustrated, our organization remains bolder than ever in our mission to promote the rights of immigrants, facilitate access to healthcare, education and legal representation; and advocate for integration by fostering inter-cultural communication.

In honor of the month’s celebrations, LALDEF held its annual Hispanic Heritage Month Resource and Wellness Fair on Saturday, October 4th. At the event, attendees joined us to receive health screenings, transformative resource services, and meaningful guidance and support along the way. With the assistance of our staff, volunteers, and generous donors like you, this year’s fair was our most impactful yet. LALDEF is proud to serve our Latino and immigrant neighbors, and with your support, we can continue to boldly celebrate and uplift our community.
